We are walking distance to the heart of downtown Boise with fine dining, breweries, arts and all that Boise has to offer. Out our back door are the Boise foothills for hiking or evening strolls for incredible views of Boise. Includes a private bedroom, spacious living room, separate kitchen and dining area. This entire space has been completely renovated, keeping its original charm and character.

Visiting Boise for business or pleasure, enjoy this quiet, tranquil location. Host will provide entry code prior to check-in.

The daylight basement apartment is part of a bungalow built in 1920, below our counseling office. Walk to Boise Foothills, historic Hyde Park, & downtown. Boise Co-op grocery & deli across the street, & convenience store next door. The apartment has a separate entrance, queen bed & a couch that folds down. Kitchen has a small fridge/freezer, oven, microwave & coffee maker. Wifi & Netflix. Limited parking on street. We do not live on the property, but will be available as needed.

Phillippi Place

Very cozy, centrally located Phillippi Place on the Bench! Close to the airport, shopping, downtown, & restaurants. Home features: private fenced patio area, central heating, and air. The bedroom and bath are located upstairs. Very convenient parking on the street. For guests who are staying longer, if you choose, the carport is available on the back of the building. "No Guests" Rule: Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time. No visitors, local or otherwise.

Welcome to the KJ Ranch! This cute and cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment is located on 5 acres of land in beautiful Kuna, ID. Come enjoy our newly renovated basement apartment that's close to downtown, grocery stores, and NNU. There is also a covered patio for guests to relax. The doorways are a little short, so not recommended for tall folks unless you're mindful of your head. :) The floor plan is also a little quirky in that the only entrance to the bedroom is through the bathroom. Still a cute space to spend a few nights!
