Convenient location to Lake Lowell, Best of Idaho wineries, Jump Creek, Snake River, Nampa, Marsing and Caldwell. EV Charger onsite. Tons of natural light, open concept with a full kitchen and large bathroom with tub/shower. One king bed and two twin beds (day bed). Huge 55" TV, strong wifi, private desk/workspace. Property is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. :(

Adorable 2-bedroom lit basement (private entrance)

This cute and spacious basement has been completely remodeled and uniquely designed to host many walks of life. The original house was built in 1919 which is considered a historical part of Nampa, Idaho. It offers the “Idahome” experience being centralized to the old and newer parts of the city. Just three blocks from Northwest Nazarene University and less than 15 minutes to downtown Nampa or the freeway. Convenience store and Family Dollar is within a 5 minute walking distance.

Please Read! Very private. 170 sq’ bedroom queen Healthwise bed, TV, wifi, fridge, micro, AC & heat detached/separate from main house. Small bathroom with direct/private entry & 31” shower is part of main house. Guest must walk outside & under patio cover to access bathroom. Private outdoor sitting area & shared covered patio with sink (summer) & nice yard. BBQ available if requested in advance. Well lit free street parking. Host and his dog “Elvie” live on site.

Beautiful, one bedroom carriage house upstairs apartment in a quiet historic neighborhood in downtown Nampa. Very close to NNU, shopping, and restaurants. The apartment has a gate at the top of the stairs to keep kids and dogs safe. Sorry, no cats. Two queen beds and a pull out sofa bed, sleeps 6. Attached one car garage! DIY waffle station! Shaded deck available for cookouts, seats 12.
