If not so ambitious, enjoy a day of sight seeing, exploring local beaches, snuggle up by the fireplace. Or, better yet, grab a blanket and stargaze on the private patio with propane fireplace and roast marshmallows. You have your own private deck with BBQ & lounge chairs. Enjoy access to a shared Wood Burning Hot Tub, a Cedar Barrel electric Sauna, an outdoor shower & an island with a fire pit.

The decor is simple, clean and tidy. Over height ceilings give the place an open and airy feel.

Shared driveway and backyard. Clean, comfortable, and appealing. Queen bed in each bedroom, sitting sofas in your lounge area. Larger bedroom also has fold out with double mattress. Central Vancouver Island, near shopping, beaches, walking trails. Lovely quiet backyard. No pets. No smoking or vaping on property.

Your little piece of Ocean view Paradise, set on the edge of Fairwinds Golf Course Community, This fully-equipped 1000sq/ft suite is minutes away from dining, marina, walking trails and other attractions . Your space includes, backyard and patio, hot tub, BBQ and fire pit. Inside there is a large living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and 1 large bathroom and 1 bedroom with queen bed. Plus a hide a bed (Queen) in living room. Also private washer and dryer in attached garage.

Oceanfront Home - 1bdr Suite is a separate space.

South facing, sheltered from most of the wind, walk-on oceanfront in the city! Large deck, Solarium, Hot-tub, Kayaks and stunning views (Brandon Islands, Newcastle Island Provincial Park, Birds, Seals, Otters, Boats, Fisheries Canada docks). Swim, Paddle board, Kayak, Beach comb, Picnic or just relax - beside the salt water and a patch of old forest. Nanaimo is centrally located, permitting day trips to Vancover, Victoria and even Tofino. Luke (myself) reside in the suite.

Welcome to a few days of relaxing. You're at the beach in 5 minutes or just step out the door to the forest. Sleep in, order a pizza and play a board game by the cozy woodstove. Put on your best duds for a dinner date down by the ocean. Maybe a fire in the backyard with a cup of cocoa? Full bathroom and everything you need for a tea or coffee and light breakfast. Mini fridge and microwave. Please note there is no kitchen and we live on the property with our blue heeler.

The AirBnB space is available for 4 adults plus children. Everything you need including kayaks and bicycles! Sometimes you can get free boat rides with the owner. Harbourview Carriage House

Private 1 bedroom carriage house with small view of the ocean (in the summer trees in the park block most of the view) and Chinese Garden. Steps away from harbourfront walkway to downtown. Has full kitchen, washer/dryer, TV (no cable, Netflix etc.), WiFi and electric fireplace. In the summer air conditioner available in the living room. Off street parking and private entrance. A laptop friendly workspace in the living room.
