Located just 5 minutes from downtown Wasilla, this home is hidden in the middle of it all. Tucked away and secluded on almost an acre of land, you will enjoy a taste of quiet Alaskan solitude where you can sit out on the deck & watch the Northern Lights dance by. Come inside and you will be greeted with a warm fireplace where you can relax after a long day on the slopes or fishing on the lake. Our home features 4 spacious bedrooms and has upgrades throughout, and has been furnished beautifully.

Little Bear cabin is nestled along the Boreal forest w/Caswell creek flowing through the property. You will hear birds sing, wind blowing the leaves of the birch tree and watch fish in the creek from kayaks or on our private trails.Our cabins are a place to reconnect. Also a first choice area for outdoor activities! World class fly fishing, hunting, snow machining, dog sled tours, skiing,hiking,rafting and more! Kayaks are also included for guests to explore the creek here at Little Bear Home

Join us at Alaska's Year-Round Playground! Enjoy the beauty of Mt. McKinley & Sleeping Lady right outside your front door. With this dog friendly property, the whole family can relax & make great memories together! We also rent: (summer) Pontoon Boats, Jet Ski's, Kayaks, Paddle Boards. (winter) Snowmachines! Sleep comfy on the beds made up w/ nice linens in our prime location! Relax in a chair, sit by the fire, take a hot tub, sauna, catch a fish or just watch the sunset or the Northern Lights.

Simple Alaskan Beauty Cabin

A "Tiny Cabin", there is 1 full bed. No sleeper sofa. The kitchen counters are refurbished old barn doors, the long wall is pallet wood, the wood floors have been torched and sealed for a rustic look. The cabin is 12x20, perfect for two guests and a small child can sleep on the loveseat (not a pullout) There is one full bed in the cabin. It is a dry cabin, (no ability to shower) We do provide a counter top water system (5 gallon jugs) to freshen up and bottled water in the refrigerator.

A peaceful escape retreat, the Aurora Lights Cabins are independent, family-run, studio cabins in a picturesque setting overlooking the Chugach Mountain Range and backed up to protected wilderness land which hosts sandhill cranes in summer and moose year-round. Our meticulously designed cabin offers unique salmon-themed decor, a king-sized bed OR 2 twin beds, black-out curtains and blinds for relaxing sleep even in the midnight sun, air conditioning, heater, bathroom, and a kitchenette.

A small cabin built like a studio apartment. Very roomy and homey — quaint, quiet and simple. There’s a garden with fresh greens and herbs for your enjoyment and world class hiking and skiing within 10 minutes. Palmer and Wasilla are 15 minutes away. There’s a large parking area and shed with fun outdoor gear to use, as well as a wood burning cedar sauna. Though we ask that you request/message before using it. Want pets? True cabin style living with a queen bed in the bedroom, a full bed in the loft area, and a queen-size pull-out bed (the most supportive, and comfortable you've ever slept on) on the main floor. Close to the Wasilla Airport, Menard Sports Center and Parks Hwy, perfect for all the tournaments and shows at the Menard. Great place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. We also have 4 other adjacent cabins on other listings for group stays.

Come, unwind, and enjoy the outdoors! Read, walk, watch the sky, and unplug. 1 mile off mile 68 of the Parks Highway. Located near Willow Lake, close to public access, and the official start of the Iditarod dog sled race. Marked trails for snow machines, cross country skiing, and dog sled teams. Kayaking and boating on Willow Lake with several fishing spots in the area. Deshka River, Willow Creek. Gas, food, medical, churches. A great spot year round!
