We care about the details like ironed sheets, good pillows, new mattress, & fluffy towels.! We don't provide parking & discourage bringing a car. Parking at a premium in season.

In the summer, there is a shuttle bus to town and beach that stops right outside on Cliff Road. Parking space available. Pebble Cottage is the smaller of the 2 houses on the property.

It also features an outdoor shower for after a long day at the beach. **House is winterized for cold weather stays**

Nice outdoor sitting area with BBQ. Surfside Beach and grocery store are on walking distance. Near bike path and 5 min away from Nantucket shuttle stop. There is bike rental on 15min walk.

Family apartment in town

Great for families! Mill Pond Apartments is a short walk from the center of town and ferry docks. Spacious yard with access to outdoor grill. Outdoor seating and picnic area. 1 off-street parking space per rental. This is a family style rental, no parties permitted. House quiet hours 10 PM - 7 AM.
