Room In Stunning Cottage with Pool and Ocean Views

This is a room with a private full bath in a very high end luxury home. Located in Tom Nevers, about 15 min drive from town, but walking distance to the best beaches on the island, and 5 min drive to Sconset (store, 3 restaurants). We call our home "Pinch Me" because it's our dream house, so we expect guests to treat it as we would: with respect and care. Heated lap pool, and outdoor grill/stone patio. We have a french bulldog, who is SUPER mellow and basically just sits around looking adorable

My place is right on Codfish Park Road just 5 steps to the beach with an unobstructed water view. It's in the best part of 'Sconset. You're a 2 minute walk to the 'Sconset Market, 'Sconset Cafe, Post Office, Claudette sandwich shop, & bus to town. We're a short walk to the Summer House restaurant, Chanticleer Restaurant, 'Sconset Casino, New Street art galleries & the Historic captains' and artists' cottages covered with roses. It's perfect for romantic vacationing or bringing the family.

Charming Summer cottage located on a family-friendly cul-de-sac in Wauwinet, which is on the northeast end of Nantucket on route to Great Point Wildlife Sanctuary. The Cottage is a 2min walk to a secluded beach on the Atlantic Ocean. 5min walk to The Wauwinet Inn (Relais + Chateaux) and its renowned "Toppers" Restaurant overlooking the Wauwinet Bay and beautiful sunsets. Great area for swimming, walking, biking and fishing. Town is a 15min drive, Sconset is 10min drive.

Located in Pocomo, our vintage cottage offers private beach access to calm Pocomo Bay, great sunsets, swimming, fishing, and beach walks. Town is a short drive away. If available, we also offer rides to town, along with bike and kayak rentals for guests who want to explore the island.

Little Chappy House "unplugged" and off-the-grid

A rustic, off-the-grid, beachfront "camp" sits quietly on Chappaquiddick Island. Built in the 1960s by my great-grandfather, our little Chappy house has remained mostly unchanged for the past 60+ years. Enjoy a your "unplugged" vacation, away from technology with simple pleasures out in the quiet of nature.

"Puddin" is THE classic Nantucket Scallopers cottage. Beachfront on South Beach, close to town, yet away from crowds. "Puddin" is perfect for that "just the two of us" get away.
