The standard studios are located one floor under the street/reception level and offer private balcony with a view of the neighborhood. The breakfast is not included in the price. The continental breakfast costs 12€ per person.

Ένα δωμάτιο σε ήσυχο σπίτι στην εξοχή!!!

Αυτός ο αξιολάτρευτος χώρος διαμονής θα σας μαγέψει.Το σπίτι βρίσκεται 1500 μέτρα απτό λιμάνι της Παροικιάς.Στο ίδιο σπίτι μένει και η οικοδέσποινα με το σκύλο της και τις γάτες στην αυλή.Ο χώρος είναι προσβάσιμος με τα πόδια σε 25 λεπτά απτό λιμάνι ή σε 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο.Η περιοχή είναι πολύ ήσυχη και έχει άπλετη θέα από παντού!!! Υπάρχουν κοινόχρηστοι χώροι όπως η κουζίνα,το καθιστικό και οι γύρω βεράντες!!! Υπάρχει τοπική συγκοινωνία που σας πηγαίνει στο κέντρο της πόλης!!!
