Our villa was built in 1914 and is full of stunning character features. It has three large bedrooms, open-plan living, dining and kitchen, a large bathroom, sunny outdoor area and a basic sleep out with separate toilet. There is enough space for the whole family or large groups to enjoy. Set in a beautiful street surrounded by large trees, come and listen to the birds and relax. Barrons on the Beach

Hardinge Road is probably the most sort after location in Napier. This award winning home is designed to take in the gorgeous ocean views from both balconies. Within walking distance, is the Ahuriri Shopping Centre & a quaint movie theatre. Also along the waterfront are many restaurants and bars. There are heaters in all the bedrooms & a lift which can be activated if required. The master bedroom &living areas are upstairs with a full bathroom. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are downstairs with a 2nd bathroom.

En-suite bathroom. Close to the dairy, fish n chip shop, & pharmacy. It’s only a 7 minute drive to town and a few minutes from the airport (you can walk it in approx 25 mins). Continental breakfast of cereal, milk, fruit, and Nespresso coffee, tea provided. Happy to consider and negotiate longer stays.

Napier is a Art Deco Mecca and you can enjoy wonderful wineries and dining in the Hawke’s bay sunshine. There are great walks and cycle tracks and a trip up Te Mata Peak is worth while.
