Located on Hospital Hill it's a five minute drive into the city. Two double bedrooms with queen size beds and a bedroom with bunks. Enjoy glimpsing visiting ships on the bay. A spacious bathroom and comfortable lounge makes it a home away from home.

Our sleep out has been refurbished to a high standard with quality linens and locally made products. It is located in the back garden of our art deco home, with use of the hot tub and swimming pool (not heated). Close by are the delights of Napier including wineries, cafes, restaurants and art deco architecture. Push bikes are available for your use with Napier town centre 1.6km . There are no cooking facilities but a basic breakfast is provided.

Peaceful Parklands

You’ll love this stylish up-market haven, private and comfortable. Walking distance away from Park Island sports grounds. This includes , hockey, football, and rugby fields in beautiful park surroundings. The historic Mission Winery close at hand and cycle paths on our doorstep. It is a one bedroom self-contained apartment with off street parking. Lounge with kitchenette, private outdoor area, and spacious bedroom. Continental breakfast provided. Very centrally located, 5 minutes walk to Westshore beach and rotary cycle way , 5 minutes drive from the airport, and 5 minutes drive to Ahuriri shops and restaurants. 10 minutes drive to Napier city centre.
