E' costituito da un ingresso soggiorno con vista mare, una piccola cucina, due bagni e due camere da letto matrimoniali. Dispone inoltre di un'ampia veranda fronte mare attrezzata con poltrone e divano per godere a pieno dei colori e dei profumi di questa perla del mar Ionio. La casa è perfetta per una famiglia di 4 persone o due coppie di amici.

Le stanze sono ampie e con soffitti particolari, detti "a stella", tipici dell'architettura antica. Le scale interne sono ripide. Non adatta a chi ha difficoltà motorie e, per le sue peculiarità, a gruppi di ragazzi.
