Private entrance, private AC/heat, free off-street park, exterior security camera & lights. Suite attached to owner's home, no shared spaces. Owner's furry friend barks occasionally.

The main living space also has a table and chairs to enjoy meals or use as workspace. kitchenette with Keurig coffee maker , coffee , microwave, toaster oven, and mini-fridge. There is a cooktop in the apartment. Great location only 6 blocks from the beach.1
