“Serenity on Sibley” Guesthouse~Close to Downtown

Down the winding road, at the bottom of the wooded hill, “Serenity” awaits. This single-room guesthouse sits right on the banks of Sibley Lake. Relax and take in the sunsets. It’s perfect for up to 4 guests with a queen-sized bed and a queen fold-out couch. It has a full bath with shower, a kitchenette with island and barstools. A paddleboat, kayaks and life vests are available for use during your stay. Hosts live up and across the drive from the Serenity Guesthouse Located @ 10 min from town.

Unwind at this charming, newly decorated waterfront townhouse on Cane River. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the beautiful river views while relaxing on the cozy back porch overlooking a shady live oak tree. Shops/restaurants are a quick 10-minute drive to Front St. Take in the scenery of historic Natchitoches famous for its Christmas Festival, meat pies, and for being the location of the film “Steel Magnolias.” Located just minutes from local favorite bar/restaurant “Cane River Commissary.”

Our cabins are located 10 minutes from downtown Natchitoches, Louisiana on 30 acres of gated property on Bayou Pierre. It is quiet, secluded, and beautiful. Upstairs the cabin has a bedroom with a queen bed, a loft area with two twin bed, and also a living area, kitchen, and bathroom downstairs. Come relax on the back porch on the swing. It is equipped with Cable, WIFI, basic kitchen supplies, bedding, a grill, and more. We have trails to explore and a new floating dock to fish from!

Grab a blanket, pick a DVD or book from our small collection, or have fun with the family playing games we've provided. Either way, this trip is all about relaxation.

Near Fort Johnson on Vernon Lake –Our cozy place sleeps 6 and is situated in a private area with direct lake access. Enjoy the convenience of your own private dock and concrete boat ramp, making it easy to explore the lake by boat or kayak Whether you're an experienced angler or just looking to relax by the water, we provide fishing gear for your convenience. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals, and outside, a fire pit awaits for evening campfires!

Blue on Black

We're 25 minutes from Natchitoches on Black Lake. We are in a secluded area of a dead end road. Enjoy the peace and quiet surrounded by Spanish moss covered trees. Under the covered front porch, you'll find comfortable seating with great views of the lake. The large windows provide lake views and let in plenty of natural light. Spend the day in town shopping or enjoying a festival. Return home to relax with a meal on the grill or a glass of wine with friends around the firepit.

Cornfields and Cane

Relax and retreat on Cane River Lake The home offers great vibes and a wonderful outdoor space. It’s a perfect place for families to gather. Enjoy coffee on the front porch watching the sunrise over the Cornfield. Sunsets over looking the lake never disappoint. Bringing the boat? There’s a public boat launch a quarter of a mile up the road. Take a leisurely ride to Front Street to enjoy the festivities downtown. If you are driving, it’s a 12 minute ride to downtown.

The fish are biting. Relaxing unique and tranquil getaway. Two porches both with fantastic views of Nantachie Lake. Small library of 100 + books or bring your fav. Family friendly VCR tapes (100+) and player available for use. Beas country store sells gas, groceries, bait, alcohol, and lunches 3 miles south Hwy 71. Lake public landings, 3 Red River boat launches, grocery store, City of Natchitoches, all in drives 30 min are less. Free boat and trailer parking.
