You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. We've created a private little one-bedroom homestay in our backyard. You have your very own private outdoor area to BBQ or enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon. Reverse cycle system inside to keep you comfortable during those hot summer days & cold wintery nights. You'll also have the enjoyment of a smart TV in both your bedroom and lounge area. Not to mention it's all been beautifully styled with our retro furniture and trinkets.

The Bluegum Studio is a modern, homely, industrial designed accommodation with all the features you need for you stay. It’s set in a peaceful, rural property with surrounding of bushland, Blue Gum trees and clearing. You can choose to relax in the quiet, private accommodation or explore the many attractions that the south west has to offer. The surrounding yard is designed to be child friendly with a mini nature play area. As the area around the Studio is fenced, dogs are very welcome too!

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, it's a leisurely 15-minute stroll to Old Dunsborough's pristine beaches or a 10-minute bike ride to the shops. The only thing you need to do is unwind!

Pets by prior arrangement only. Leavers accepted and taxi service offered also.
