Welcome to our spacious apartment, ideal for exploring Tuscany, strategically located near Pisa. Just a stone's throw from the train and bus stations, you can easily reach Pisa, Cascina, Pontedera, Vicopisano, and Calci. The apartment features two large double bedrooms and a spacious living room with two sofa beds, a maxi-screen TV, and air conditioning. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a shower, heating, and Wi-Fi. Easily reachable by car, it's on the third floor with a lift.

The cottage is located in the reknowned "Val Graziosa" (Pretty Valley"), famous for its olive groves and production of exquisite olive oil. Once a watermill, the structure was recently converted into a stylish summer house and accommodates up to 6 people. The cottage unfolds between many levels as it conforms to the landscape. It is completed immersed in the nature, featuring views over the hills and the coast. Pisa, Lucca and Versilia are within very short distance, with Florence only 1hr away.

The property is surrounded by a 10,000 sqm garden with olive trees and fruit trees and a swimming pool (14x7 m) for the exclusive use of the guests.
