Cap 13 è una stanza indipendente con bagno privato nel centro storico di La Spezia, pensata per chi cerca un punto comodo da cui visitare le Cinque Terre e tutto il Golfo dei Poeti. A pochi passi si raggiungono il molo, i giardini pubblici, le fermate degli autobus e la zona pedonale. La stazione ferroviaria è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi o con i mezzi pubblici.
