Είστε στο κέντρο και στην παραλία του Αγ. Γεωργίου σε 5 min με ποδήλατο, σκούτερ ή αυτοκίνητο. Σε 12 min (με όχημα) είστε στις παραλίες Αγ. Προκοπίου & Αγ. Άννας. Σας προτείνουμε να νοικιάστε όχημα για ευκολότερη πρόσβαση. Το κέντρο με περπάτημα έχει απόσταση 30-35 λεπτά. Υπάρχει δωρεάν χώρος στάθμευσης.

All seasons Suite located very close to the city centre and Saint George Beach, really spacious and comfortable, according to the cycladic style decoration with plenty facilities. Due to the Corona Virus pandemic our main aim is the health and safety of our guests. For that reason, as hosts we have attending on an 8-hour seminar in order to be prepared and informed about the measures to offer the safer accommodation to our guests. A 10’ walk takes you to the bus stop and gives you the opportunity to visit all isolated beaches and the traditional villages of the island. The house is spread over 3 floors with the total of 140sq.m. There are outdoor terraces on 2 different levels with excellent sea view. And also there is a close parking area.

It has a large terrace with a 32m² swimming pool and an outdoor kitchen area with a hard table for 8 people and a large electric plancha. The house can accommodate up to 6 people in 2 bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with bunk beds. Access is via a 900m dirt road and two steep slopes: a 4x4 is ideal for the last climb (slope). Last house on the top of Avlia hill : highest & nicest view of the hill !

You are in the center and beach of Ag. George in 5 min by bike, motorcycle or car. In 12 min (by car) you are on the beaches of Ag. Prokopiou & Ag. Anna. For better travel it is advisable to have a means of transport. The distance from the center is 30-35 minutes by foot. There is a free parking space.
