Relaxing beach house!

This is a fully renovated 37 m2 apartment literally on the beach. -It is located in the very peaceful village of Tertsa (91km south of Iraklion and 25km west of Ierapetra), in front of which lies a quiet beach. -There are 3 taverns and a small grocery store. -The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. - The bedroom has one double bed and one bunk bed (not really recommended for adults) -Free Wi-Fi -A/C -CAR IS MANDATORY -We expect you to treat the house as it were yours :)

Elia House 10 meters from sea

House Elia is in a nice environment. It has a private garden with a nice terrace that you can sit and enjoy your breakfast or a coffee. It is situated 10 meters from sea and in walking distance there is a supermarket and nice Taverns. For the lovers of healthy diet, can try freshly cut vegetables from the garden that are grown by my mother......Surely the house ELIA make the difference because of greek coffee who is ofered by my mother[zaxarenia] and the traditional homemade food.

It's 65 km away from Heraklion and only 40 m away from Skouros beach. The view is diverse as large windows overlook the ocean or the mountains. The natural materials and the large windows disperse ample natural light creating a warm atmosphere, connecting the interior with the exterior in harmony.
