A Cozy Studio at Olympus 2

This is our studio with a balcony that faces our garden in the back of our house We love hosting families. Babies and pets are extra "people" for us. As extra amenities for thee special guests, we provide a high chair, chair and a cot for babies, and cushions for our furry friends, who can freely play in our back yard. For all these services, we are asking an extra fee of 5 euros for pets and babies. Guests with pets and babies please send us an inquiry so we can send you back the updated fee.

Mountain cottage overlooking the sea

On the lushly green Mount Pelion, in an authentic village, our house combines access to the sea (10 km) and ski resort area (7 kms). It can serve as a base for walking or driving to the many pictureque villages and beaches of this mountain. The house includes a garden with shady trees, also cherries and apricots in their season, and is only two minutes away from a mini market, restaurant, pharmacie and the wonderful square. Fully equipped and provided with maps and books about the region.

Walking through the traditional cobbled streets and within the dense, evergreen vegetation of the magical mountain, you will find yourself in our beautiful setting that is ideal for both families and couples, and for those of any age. H έπαυλη, βρίσκεται μπροστά στην ακτή, με θέα την ανατολή ηλίου, σε ένα μικρό παραλιακό οικισμό που ονομάζεται Καστρί Λουτρό, ο οποίος συνορεύει με την πιο πολυσύχναστη παραλία της κεντρικής Ελλάδας,τον Πλαταμώνα. Στο ισόγειο της έπαυλης βρίσκεται ο εν λόγω χώρος 60 τ.μ,δύο υπνοδωμάτια (1 ιδιωτικό και ένα κοινόχρηστο), κουζίνα, καθιστικό, τουαλέτα, ιδιωτική βεράντα και πάρκινγκ.Η οργάνωση είναι κατάλληλη για να φιλοξενήσει από 2-4 άτομα. Κατάλληλο για οικογένειες.

The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.

Ο χώρος μου είναι κοντά σε υπέροχη θέα, παραλία, εστιατόρια και χώροι εστίασης και τέχνη και πολιτισμός. Λόγοι που θα σας αρέσει ο χώρος μου: η θέα, η τοποθεσία, οι άνθρωποι, το περιβάλλον και ο εξωτερικός χώρος. Ο χώρος μου είναι κατάλληλος για ζευγάρια, δραστηριότητες για ένα άτομο, επαγγελματίες ταξιδιώτες.Όσο για τα κατοικίδια μόνο μικρά δεν επιτρέπεται να τα αφήνετε μόνο τους στο σπίτι και χρέωση είναι 10 € ανά μέρα.
