Our furry friends, two dogs and two cats share the property with us, adding a touch of warmth to the surroundings. Park your car and enjoy the slow holiday you deserve.

This quiet, quality and discreet property lies on a single private large land plot of 2.300 m2, situated in the prestigious “Aristotle University of Thessaloniki Teaching Staff’s Summer Resort” (in Greek «Οικισμός Καθηγητών Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης»), in Vourvourou. Just 120 km from Thessaloniki downtown (90΄ drive). It has undergone complete refurbishment and renovation in 2022. The property is also available for season or yearlong renting upon request. The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

On a 15-acre property with a 200-year-old family olive grove and exclusive access to a canyon of wild beauty, we built a unique residence in all of Greece entirely of river and sea stones, surrounded by the blue of the sea and the green of the forest. It is 5 minutes from the most famous beaches of Sithonia, Lagomandra, Elia, Spathies, Kalogria, Kovgiou.

You wake up, the sun is rising behind mount Athos. You enjoy a cup of coffee, while the dolphins jump on the horizon. You walk to the beach and the only thing you can hear is the sea. You cook outside, watching the boats passing by and the seagulls chasing the fish. Now, it's time for drawings and board games. Finally, you have a glass of wine, waiting for the moon to rise behind the hills.

Originally the store-room and garage of the house, this cottage was recently transformed into a modern bungalow with a kitchen/living-room, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom. It offers privacy and sea-view, day and night peaceful environment, a beach at 3-minute walking distance, immediate hiking opportunities.
