Private room near the beach Our rooms can accommodate 3- persons and each one has independent entrance and balcony. Every room has –besides the private bathroom- kitchenette, pots and pans and several electric devices (toaster, iron, hairdryer, coffee maker). Every room is air-conditioned and has refrigerator and TV. The sunset casts a faint veil of mystery over the picturesque seaside village of Nea Roda as it slips over the tiled roofs of the houses. Go up the hill with the small church and gaze at the village· the view will reward you. Nea Roda is built at the narrowest point of the Athos peninsula, where in 480 B.C. Xerxes opened a canal for his fleet to pass. You shall be pleasantly surprised while walking in the village because at each corner you will discover archeological findings, houses with beautiful yards decorated with arbours and bougainvilleas, vegetation till the sea and picturesque fishing boats. The golden sand of the sinuous beach will accompany you all day and will welcome you with colors of mystery at each sunrise and sunset. Those who love sea activities will find a sea sports rental and learning school while there is everyday transportation for those of you who wish to go on a sea tour around the Holy Mountain ( Agion Oros ). In the traditional tavernas, you will find fresh fish and for your entertainment at night, there are clubs for all preferences. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me.

Cozy studio near the beach

Welcome to our cozy beachside studio, located alongside our main residence! Fully equipped with a double bed, sofa, TV, and kitchen, it's perfect for couples seeking a relaxing getaway. Just 100m from the beach, with nearby sports courts and a short walk to the village, it's an ideal spot for unwinding, strolling, and swimming. Our furry friends, two dogs and a cat share the property with us, adding a touch of warmth to the surroundings. Park your car and enjoy the slow holiday you deserve.

Maison à la plage

Notre maison est située sur une plage magnifique et peu fréquentée, proche du Mont Athos, en Chalcidique. La maison dispose de trois chambres et peut accueillir jusqu'à huit personnes. Elle est située au milieu d'un jardin verdoyant, couvert d'oliviers et d'eucalyptus. Son atout incontestable pour des vacances vraiment reposantes : la plage est accessible directement depuis le jardin, et à moins de trente mètres de la terrasse. Elle est équipée de la climatisation et dispose d'internet.

Nea Roda Apartments Α2

An apartment with a spacious balcony with a view. It sleeps comfortably up to 5 guests. Only 150 metres from the sandy beach and restaurants and three minutes walk from the local bakery and supermarket. It benefits from a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious open plan lounge/dinner, two bedrooms with comfortable antique style beds, and a large wardrobe. One of the bedrooms has a double bed. The apartment is fully air conditioned, offers free WiFi, free parking and a garden with a barbecue.

This stylish two-level suite offers comfort, privacy, and modern elegance. The upper floor features a master bedroom with an extra-large king bed, a private bathroom, and bright loft windows that fill the space with natural light. This modern Loft is located in front of the beach and offers stunning sea view from its private balcony. The interior (renovated in 2022) features contemporary design and allows for plenty of sun light. The Loft area is 45sqm and consists of a living room, a dining area with fully equipped kitchen with appliances, private bathroom and a bedroom area. The location allows easy access to the beautiful beaches of the area, as well as to a variety of restaurants and shops.

Wooden dream on the beach! - iHouse

A unique wooden house on the beach! All you need in 34m2! It's the iHouse and it's fully equipped with all needed amenities. The iHouse is placed on our field in Nea Skioni, right in front of the sea. If you are looking for a place to getaway, relax and enjoy the beauties of nature, then the iHouse is ideal for you! There is a self check in system allocated at the location. You will be provided with all the needed information prior to your arrival.

Located in Lagonisi in Chalkidiki, our house “Apanema” offers guests an unforgettable holiday in a secluded, hidden paradise! Enjoy the peace and quiet of nature, in a place where the green of pine trees meets the turquoise blue of the sea. Escape the crowds and swim in crystal clear waters at the pristine, golden sand beaches, which are just a short walk from the house. Explore the surrounding area, or simply relax in our garden.

Luli

Originally the store-room and garage of the house, this cottage was recently transformed into a modern bungalow with a kitchen/living-room, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom. It offers privacy and sea-view, day and night peaceful environment, a beach at 3-minute walking distance, immediate hiking opportunities.

Golden Attic

Golden attic is a very cosy place located only 15 metres from the beach that's why it is called the attic with the endless blue view. It is also only a few minutes from the supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, so you have everything on plate, convenience, peace and quiet and beauty.
