Has a cozy covered personal veranda that faces directly the sea and literally uncovers the blue horizon ahead. It has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen area with all the basic amenities, a well preserved living room where you may enjoy drinks and coffee, all surrounded and inspired by wood. In addition it has 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet.

Το νεόκτιστο σπίτι ''Kalithea'' βρίσκεται στο γραφικό χωριό του Πετριτή-Κέρκυρα και έχει θέα στην θάλασσα, στο γραφικό λιμάνι και την παραλία του Πετριτή, καθώς επίσης και τα γύρω βουνά που είναι καλυμμένα από ελαιόδεντρα.
