The cozy backyard with a privacy fence features a hot tub, seating area, and outdoor griddle. The custom table and countertops made from 125 year old lumber provide a rustic feel in a modern living space. Everything in the house is new: flooring, cabinets, appliances, furniture, etc. The attached 2-car garage is available for guests.

Great for events and big groups- My place ~ 6k sq ft, close to Dodge, 680/80. It is a quick drive to zoo, malls, airport, parks, Costco, grocery, restaurants, bars, regency, and more . You’ll love the outdoor space, seasonal pool (open after frost in March until mid October) & outdoor bar for entertainment, the ambiance, the neighborhood, and the comfy beds. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and small to big groups.

Sandhills Retreat

Sandhills get-away right off the main highway and extremely close to town. Halsey National Forest is just a few minutes away and many great Refuge lakes are in the area between Thedford and Valentine. Beautiful views of the sandhills and Middle Loup river going thru the property, with a small catch & release fishing pond on property. Three queen beds, a twin with a twin trundle, and a pull out couch can sleep up to 10. Foosball and air hockey tables. There is a bike path at the end of the driveway and only a 7 min drive to Eppley Airfield.
