Kitchen has NO STOVE, but appliances for cooking full meals, large closet and full bath. It is located near most of the local refineries and is great for an out of town worker. The apt has all you would need for a one night stay or long term. If staying longer than a week or two, it may not be comfortable for 2 people.

Cozy new Duplex located blocks away from Motiva and Sabine pass. Very convenient location for plant employees and people who love to come out and fish. There is a shared kitchen and laundry area. Each guest has a private Livingroom, bathroom and bedroom. In each of the bedrooms there is a door with a dead bolt leading into the kitchen/laundry area. These are the ONLY shared spaces. The rest is 100% private.
