The shopping mall, Westoba Centre, and many other amenities are all within minutes of this lovely apartment, which is housed in a quiet building. There are two bedrooms in this apartment, one with a lovely queen bed and the other with a double bed. Among the features to enjoy in this apartment are a large kitchen, a private balcony, and a full bathroom. Small families or work groups of no more than four persons would be quite welcome to stay with us. There is a parking lot in the building.

The apartment was once one large classroom and now it has 2 spacious bedrooms with queen size beds, a bathroom, and an open plan, well-stocked kitchen and living room, with private access to a laundry and 2nd bathroom on a lower level. Toiletries and slippers make for a cosy stay. Pelican Lake is a few mins walk, as is the Motor Hotel (beer store), a grocery store, (gas stn. & liquor mart), a Lounge & Restaurant, Bait Store, and post office.

This historic building was home to the Minnedosa Tribune newspaper for many years, and he now been extensively renovated into apartments upstairs, with professional offices on the main. This quiet building is a nice space to stay while visiting the area for work or play.
