We are located within the bustling seaside town of Yanchep, the beach and shops are both within walking distance 13ish mins. The Yanchep park is just a short drive away. Quaint home and away from home in the Perth northern beach suburb of Padbury, 15 minute drive/train ride to the CBD and 3kms from Hillarys Boat Harbor. Beautiful family home in a lovely garden setting.I also live in the same street as the house should there be any problems.
