Πρόκειται για πλήρως ανακαινισμένο οροφοδιαμέρισμα 65τ.μ., 1ου ορόφου με δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες και δύο μπάνια στο κέντρο της πόλης, στην περιοχή του Αγίου Νικολάου.
