Next to the Iron Ore Heritage Trail, you’ll wake up to the smell of fresh-roasted coffee, find new-to-you treasures at nearby antique shops, and end your day with a steamy SAUNA! Please note: The coffee shop operates daily from early morning to mid-afternoon, so you may hear some hustle and bustle from below!

Grandma's House

This UP diamond in the rough is located in the old mining community of Nort' Lake; once a bustling and rustling proud community (Circa Late 1800's). Now, a quiet neighborhood ideal for bicyclist, hunters, fishing enthusiast and resting after countless adventures here in the beautiful Upper Peninsula. There are so many sites to see within miles of Grandma's House. Though this home was built in the late 1800s, you will immediately feel the warmth and comfort of a modern day living experience.

Style-Ish 2 bed lower with all season sun room

Fully remodeled modern and spacious apartment. Very close to trails, attractions, and downtown Ishpeming. Located on a quiet street the apartment features a queen bed, full size bed, and a comfortable pull out queen sofa sleeper. An all-in-one washer and dryer is available for use as well. After you spend the day exploring the area you can enjoy sitting by the fire in the beautifully renovated sun room. Ishpeming features coffee shops, restaurants, antique shops, and plenty of history.

You will be right downtown Negaunee. Next door to the Irontown Plaza and within walking distance to area restaurants, coffee shops, bars, breweries, theaters, parks and the famed Heritage Trail. Teal Lake is right out the back door offering beautiful sunsets, wildlife and outdoor recreation. Electric motors only allowed, 2 kayaks provided. Quiet, residential neighborhood, conveniently located for day trips in either direction - Picture Rocks in Munising or up to the Copper Country. 12 miles from Marquette, easy walk to supermarket and public sand beach. About a mile to antique shopping, restaurants, bars, Iron Ore Heritage Trail for biking or hiking and mega RAMBA Trails.

Chocolay River Cabin

Small hand hewn log cabin on Chocolay River. Good fishing, approximately 5 miles from snowmobile and ORV trails. Full kitchen. 1 BR (Q), Full sofa sleeper and 1 bath. Outdoor electric sauna. A fire pit. Washer/dryer. Basic amenities. Full kitchen. There is WiFi but cell service can be very sketchy. Texting does seem to work ok. We do have a cell phone booster there but it still isn’t great. If you need to make a call you can drive about 1 mile out to US 41 and service is good.

Charming log cabin on Moon Mtn

Enjoy this rustic log cabin with a clawfoot soaking tub, full kitchen, private patio, bonfire pit, outdoor bbq, and forest trails to your own mtn vista. Truly off the beaten path. 🌲Read entire listing before booking - cats live in cabin, off grid, no wifi, no tv, road is unpaved. Rustic and we like it that way. 25 mins from MQT & near Lake Superior, Lake Independence, the Yellow Dog River, & Alder Falls.

Peck Street Escape

Fast WiFi, garage /private parking, for cars snowmobiles & ATVS. Walking distance to downtown Negaunee, bars and restaurants, biking trails, and iron ore heritage trail. Guests have huge walk in shower and full bathroom amenities. Kitchen features Large island for entertainment purposes, full stove, oven and large fridge freezer option. This space has been remodeled in its entirety august 2021.

Nick's Backyard Bluff

We are proud of the space we provide and strive to make it comfortable, clean and affordable for your UP visits. So, relax with your family and friends at this peaceful place to stay. We recently added a gas/charcoal grill and updated the seating areas. We will continue to work on improving this home and hope to have a bar & grill and storage built in the back yard and available for next year.

The Sugar Shack

🌿The Sugar Shack is a cozy 12x12 rustic cabin tucked into 40 Acres of Northwoods and located 17 miles north of Marquette. Hidden in the foothills of the Huron Mountains, you will be in close proximity to our best hiking trails, waterfalls and beaches. The little town of Big Bay is nearby with a general store, fuel, bar, cafe and restaurant.
