Keep it simple at this peaceful cabin in the woods on County Rd 550! Just steps away from the legendary Phil's 550 Store and 3 miles from downtown Marquette. This stunning single bedroom property can sleep up to 4 guests, with 1 queen bed and a memory foam sofa bed in the living space. We have two cabins available for a total of 8 guests, rent them both!. This UP diamond in the rough is located in the old mining community of Nort' Lake; once a bustling and rustling proud community (Circa Late 1800's). Now, a quiet neighborhood ideal for bicyclist, hunters, fishing enthusiast and resting after countless adventures here in the beautiful Upper Peninsula. There are so many sites to see within miles of Grandma's House. Though this home was built in the late 1800s, you will immediately feel the warmth and comfort of a modern day living experience.

The Martini Bunker- hot tub/sauna private apt

Newly built retro-mod apartment in a home with private entrance on 28 acres. Just a few miles from Marquette, enjoy all the loveliness of country living with quick access to amenities. Cross country skiing, snowmobiling and mountain biking right out the front door. Relax and unwind in the private sauna or the hot tub. 1/2 mile from the 123 acre Vielmetti Nature Reserve, 1/2 mile from the North Country Trail. Well behaved dogs welcome! Quiet, residential neighborhood, conveniently located for day trips in either direction - Picture Rocks in Munising or up to the Copper Country. 12 miles from Marquette, easy walk to supermarket and public sand beach. About a mile to antique shopping, restaurants, bars, Iron Ore Heritage Trail for biking or hiking and mega RAMBA Trails.

Bayview

You will think of this 3 bedroom 2 bath house on the lake as your home away from home. Summer brings water sports, grilling and eating on the deck and enjoying sunsets over the lake. Winter months include accessing snowmobile trails from your front door, nearby downhill and cross country ski venues and snowshoeing. Curl up by a crackling fire at days end. Spring brings day trips to beautiful waterfalls. Fall brings hunting to mind. Plenty of wooded areas for bird and deer hunting.

Chocolay River Cabin

Small hand hewn log cabin on Chocolay River. Good fishing, approximately 5 miles from snowmobile and ORV trails. Full kitchen. 1 BR (Q), Full sofa sleeper and 1 bath. Outdoor electric sauna. A fire pit. Washer/dryer. Basic amenities. Full kitchen. There is WiFi but cell service can be very sketchy. Texting does seem to work ok. We do have a cell phone booster there but it still isn’t great. If you need to make a call you can drive about 1 mile out to US 41 and service is good.

Truly off the beaten path. 🌲Read entire listing before booking - cats live in cabin, off grid, no wifi, no tv, road is unpaved. Rustic and we like it that way. 25 mins from MQT & near Lake Superior, Lake Independence, the Yellow Dog River, & Alder Falls.

Guests have huge walk in shower and full bathroom amenities. Kitchen features Large island for entertainment purposes, full stove, oven and large fridge freezer option. This space has been remodeled in its entirety august 2021.
