Sunny attic apartment in a quiet part of the city near the center and the forest. The bedroom offers a double bed with a size of 2x2m. There is a sofa in the living room, which can be expanded to a size of 190x150 cm and allows two more people to sleep. In the living room there is a kitchen with stove, sink, refrigerator, dishes. The apartment has wifi and two televisions. The bathroom has a small wooden sauna for max. 2 people. The toilet is separate. You are in the center in 5 minutes on foot.

Je poblíž lázeňského města Karlovy Vary, kde se nabízí ochutnávka zdravých léčivých pramenů, procházka kolonádou s teplou oplatkou v ruce a úžasné pohledy na tento lázeňský skvost. Z druhé strany není daleko do Krušných hor. Pernink, Abertamy, Horní Blatná nabízí neskutečné turistické stezky a to jak pro pěší, tak pro cyklisty. V zimě si neváhejte naložit lyže. Abenteuer?! Blockhütte im tinyhouse-Stil für die gemütliche Auszeit im Vogtland. Die Hütte hat ein kleines Bad mit Fußbodenheizung, Dusche, WC und ein Spülbecken. Den Schlafplatz für zwei Personen erreicht man durch eine bequeme Leitertreppe. Es gibt einen kleinen Holzofen der die Hütte heizt, als Herd genutzt wird und Behaglichkeit verbreitet. Direkte Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück. Es befindet sich eine weitere Hütte auf dem Grundstück die auch gelegentlich Gäste beherbergt.

We have transformed this hundred years old, newly renovated house into a comfortable mountain backdrop for ourselves and our guests. The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.

Im Winter startet direkt hinter dem Haus die Jugelloipe mit Anschluß an die Kammloipe und tschechische Skimagistrale. Mehrere Ski-Abfahrtshänge sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Užít si u nás můžeš i koupací sud na terase, který je ovšem za příplatek.

It is located in a quiet place in town Nejdek, that is just 15 minutes from beautiful spa town Karlovy Vary and 20 minutes to the highest mountain of Krusne hory (Klinovec). Our house is in 640 metres above the sea level which offers many days of snow in winter.
