Comfy, cozy family home.

Our home is cozy, full of warmth and elements of nature. There is a large deck with a wonderful view and a trampoline out front for children. An enclosed side yard is available for guests with dogs (there is an additional $50 fee for pets). A carpenter by trade, I have spent the last few years creating a home which is playful yet peaceful. My home is intended for families, respectful couples or mature individuals. Please look elsewhere if you are looking for a house to party in.

Ainsworth Springs Sunset Suite

Situated on Kootenay lake, our suites provide travelers with a choice between two unique and beautiful accommodations. Both suites are spacious and feature incredible lake and mountain views, private decks, fully equipped kitchens, and private access to a secluded beach. NOTE: A reservation is now required to access the hot springs, please check their website for further information. We are separate from the resort. Pet friendly ($20 pet fee per stay charged separately)

Lakewood Cottage

Perfect getaway! This private, new, detached cottage is nestled just steps from Kootenay Lake in lower Nelson. With 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, sleeps 4, this tranquil space will meet your relaxing needs. Our pet friendly space is sure to please. We do allow DOGS for a fee of $60 for the stay. Sorry NO CATS. Please be sure to let Kadie know you are bringing a dog and to add it at the checkout. Enjoy a relaxing stay in our private suite in Nelson's Uphill neighbourhood. We're close to downtown Nelson and also near the trailhead for the Rails to Trails (great for walking and biking). Enjoy access to the bbq and patio lounging with lake view from the yard. We offer a great collection of books as well as recommendations for restaurants and activities.
