The 1 bed, 1 bath space has a large private covered deck with expansive views. The indoor space is modern and appointed with everything you'll need for a comfortable home-base while you discover all the Kootenays has to offer. A comfortable living room, a full kitchen, and a great bed will ensure you're rested and ready for tomorrow!

Brand new 1000sq feet and everything you need for a comfortable stay ! Two bedrooms , each with a king sized bed and one with a tv. The sofa has a double pullout bed. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities . The suite offers a private covered patio to relax overlooking the garden and peekaboo of Kootenay Lake and Mountains . Convenient onsite parking for one car accessed from the alley. 10 minutes walking downhill to downtown Nelson ,it’s a bit of a hike back up being a mountain town.

This lovely 2 bedroom suite is less than a 2 minute walk to the beach in the quiet neighbourhood of Fairview. A short bike ride in to town through beautiful lakeside park. A flat journey along the water which is rare for Nelson! Mountain biking trails are just a short ride away and the world class Wh2O ski resort is a short 20min drive away Two young boys live upstairs so please expect some noise and footsteps. Welcome to our sunny top floor two bedrooms suite with beautiful mountain views and private entrance. Baker Street is a quick 5 minutes walk away so you can easily reach restaurants and bars, cafes, boutique shops and enjoy all that Nelson downtown has to offer. Tastefully decorated suite with AC featuring an office space and stunning views from the sunny southwest oriented patio. Famous Epiphany cakes and Nelson Brewing Company are 1-2 blocks away. Historic downtown core is 4 blocks away.

The Art Studio downtown

Our Grandpa Max built this eclectic space onto the back of his heritage home in the 1970s as an art studio and woodworking shop. Now we host travelers in this mid-century meets modern Scandi suite. The downtown core is only one block away but the studio is located on a quiet residential street backing on to green-space. Grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, park with a lookout and the theatre are all within blocks. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and ski bums!

Nelson Garden Sanctuary

Newly renovated private garden level suite in beautiful heritage house. Only 3 blocks from downtown. A beautiful unique space to relax in after returning from a day of adventuring. You will love our place because of the central location, and the contemporary cozy lodge-like feel. This space is great place for couples, solo adventurers, and/or small families. A simple and functional design, with off street parking, and plenty of storage space for gear. This suite is licensed with the city.

By the Lake

By the Lake is a welcoming, private suite situated in a beautiful, modern waterfront home with a stunning view over the lake and a lovely garden with a hot tub. Five minutes drive from downtown and 15 minutes from Whitewater ski area, provides refreshing hikes and skiing opportunities close by. Close access to shopping and restaurants. John's Walk lakeside path passes right by the house, leading you to attractive Lakeside Park. Our beach provides a peaceful spot to relax on the lake shore.

Enjoy the privacy of our bright, clean studio with queen bed, kitchen, soaker tub/ hand shower, and private, shaded garden patio. Studio has own entrance completely separate from the main house. Centrally located a 2 min walk/bike to Safeway, Starbucks, and a liquor store, with paths just beyond which will take you to Lakeside park as well. Easy and beautiful 12min walk to great shopping and restaurants/pubs in downtown Nelson. This location can't be beat, right in the heart of the city.

Super Comfy Home with Hot Tub and View

Marvel at the view on Kootenay Lake, snaking towards the Valley while enjoying your morning coffee in the Hot Tub. Stroll 10 min to downtown Nelson where you can find unique, authentic shops to browse. We are located in Uphill so the walk back up to the house is quite steep and can take up to 20/30 minutes. Rail Trail is located a short walk up Houston st. where you can walk your dog, go cross country skiing and enjoy Nelson’s incredible views. There is ample parking in the driveway.
