"Seas The Moment" - The Commodore Suite

Situated under ten minutes drive to City, Beach, Golf Course, Airport. Overlooks the sea, mountains, beach. The Commodore Suite, situated on the entrance level of our house, is sunny, very warm, light and airy. One bedroom, bathroom, living area & kitchenette with 2 hobs, microwave, slow cooker, air fryer and bench top grill. BBQ available on the upper deck as is use of that deck. Washer and dryer available in our living area which guests always welcome to use. Not suitable for children.

Absolute riverfront bungalow just two minutes walk from the CBD. Entertain with a BBQ on the expansive deck or just relax in the family sized SPA pool. The garden is 100% private flanked by gardens and the Maitai River - with tame eels at your doorstep. Peaceful & centrally located it’s the perfect haven for lovers of art and nature. Pop the paddle boards on the river and float to one of the riverside cafes and restaurants or walk over the bridge to the Queens Gardens and Suter Art Gallery.

COTTAGE STAND ALONE " Highbank Views"

Stand alone rustic cottage with a balcony above owners home, SET ON A HILL lovely views out to the Tasman Bay. Happy for small DOG to stay for short periods ., small area adjacent to cottage is fenced off Very private . A microwave and hot plate ( induction ) for cooking. small fridge. Airport 10 mins Way, Saxton Field 1 5min. Abel Tasman National Park 1 hour drive . Appreciate departure by 11 am .Please note wifi can be slow some times Long stay for cottage is for a MONTH .

The 'Retreat': is a family run designer studio flat with access to a cottage garden, inviting you to sit out and relax in...seasonal honey from our own beehive. Tucked away and private at the foot the Grampians it's just 10 minute walk to the heart of Nelson city. Great spot for mountain bikers, trampers and workshop attenders. Ask if you have any questions- entry time, one night,extra bed. Currently no pets allowed, garden is unsuitable presently.

Down in the Valley

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. You will have the use of 2 pods connected with a deck in our back garden with views over the valley. The small pod has a day-bed, that can be made up for sleeping if requested. The modern and comfortable pods are designed by “Podlife”. Enjoy the rural setting, yet only a 10 minute drive from Nelson and even closer to the iconic Boulderbank. If you plan to bring your dog, check with us first.
