For those who enjoy the beach, it is only a quick walk down the street to Beach Access on Scotch Fir Point Road and less than a 5 minute drive to a lovely private beach at Canoe Bay. The Stillwater Bluffs are walking distance and worth checking out, especially on a clear day! We are located 10 mins from the Saltery Bay Ferry Terminal and 25 mins to downtown Powell River.

We offer 1165 sqft of air-conditioned space – two queen bedrooms with crisp linens, one beautiful bathroom with tub and walk-in shower, and plenty of space to relax. Modern washer, dryer, fridge, cooker and dishwasher. You’ll have a private covered deck with outdoor seating and dining areas, as well as use of a 6-person hot tub. We have updated The Hideout and look forward to welcoming the world back at the end of summer 2025!! The Hideout grew from a vision we had when we moved to the Coast in 2020.
