Step in to the beach house and give yourself that Bali feel. A quick walk across the playing fields and you’re on the beach, this is a prime summer location. Follow up after the beach with an outdoor shower and a bit of chill time on the spacious private deck area surrounded by lush tropical plants. The outdoor dining area is a great place for a bbq dinner as the sun goes down or if you don’t feel like cooking there is plenty of great food and bar options within a 2 minute walk

Our quirky house has stained glass windows, a beautiful wooden interior, views out to the ocean and is suitable for the whole family, including a dedicated pets area! There are 3 bedrooms, 1 master with an ensuite on the top level, 1 double bedroom and 1 single with an optional pop up bed. Our house is a 5 minute walk into the city, a short driving distance to Tahunanui beach, close to mountain biking trails and supermarkets. You have everything you need at your fingertips!

A modern, self-contained two-bedroom home built in 2021 in quiet Atawhai, offering sea views across Tasman Bay and relaxed indoor-outdoor living. Well suited to couples, small families, or guests wanting a peaceful base close to the city, just a five-minute drive away.
