A cozy apartment (45 sq.m.) right in front of the sea in Perea. Fully renovated in 2021. Fast WiFi (300 Mbps). The bus station is 30 meters away and a supermarket is within 80 meters. Wake up and enjoy seaside walks with beach bars and traditional taverns just in front of the house while playgrounds are within walking distance!! It is located on the first floor. There are boats from Perea to Thessaloniki. The airport is 15 km away and Thessaloniki is 25 km away. Cars available upon request!

Von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft aus seid ihr mit nur wenigen Schritten an einem schönen Strand mit traditioneller Taverne. Wenn ihr mehr erleben wollt, ist es auch nicht weit. Das Appartement befindet sich in einer ruhigen und gepflegten kleinen Wohnanlage mit nur wenigen Bewohnern. Es wurde im Juni 2023 neu gestrichen und teilrenoviert und bietet alles, was ihr für einen schönen, entspannten Urlaub am Meer braucht. Euer Frühstück könnt ihr am Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer genießen.

Το σπιτικό της Δάφνης

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην περιοχή της Καλαμαριάς. Οι στάσεις του μετρό και του λεωφορείου για το κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης βρίσκονται 1 λεπτό μακρια. Το διαμέρισμα είναι στο ισόγειο και έχει μια ήσυχη αυλή που βλέπει σε ακάλυπτο. Υπάρχει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και μπάνιο με πλυντήριο για ρούχα, μεγάλο σαλόνι και δύο ευρύχωρα υπνοδωμάτια. Μπορεί άνετα να φιλοξενήσει 4 άτομα (ένα 2πλο κρεβάτι και 2 μονά). Η πολυκατοικία είναι μικρή και εγώ διαμένω δύο ορόφους πιο πάνω για ό,τι χρειαστείτε.

Epanomi is very closed to Thessaliniki and Makedonia airport!
