Αγαπάμε πολύ τον χώρο μας και θα θέλαμε να τον αγαπήσετε κ σεις.Βρισκεται σε απόσταση μόλις 2 λεπτών απο το μετρό ΝΕΟΣ ΚΟΣΜΟΣ και το τραμ.Ειναι ενα οροφοδιαμερισμα φτιαγμένο με μεράκι που συνδυαζει πρακτικοτητα και καλαισθησια,ανακαινισμενο, λειτουργικο και αυτόνομο. Η πολυκατοικία είναι οικογενειακη κ ο δρόμος πολύ ήσυχος.Πολυ κοντά υπάρχει κ η Λαϊκή Αγορά που λειτουργεί κάθε Σάββατο
