L'appartamento è situato nella zona più elegante della città nell'area pedonale, a 2 minuti a piedi dal lago, a 5 minuti dal castello, a 10 minuti dalla stazione. Negozi, bar, supermarkets e ristoranti sono presenti in tutta l'area. L'appartamento è raggiungibile solo tramite le scale e si trova al secondo ed ultimo piano della torre.

Studio tranquille pour un couple (lit bébé possible) tout confort avec terrasse ( salon de jardin disponible du printemps à l’automne) Parking gratuit devant le logement. L’accès à pieds depuis le bus est à 20min, montée très raide. Entrée indépendante.Le studio est dans une maison isolée. Magnifique vue depuis la terrasse sur le lac et les Alpes. Un des points de départ pour la visite des gorges de l’Areuse. Lave-linge et séchoir mis à dispo au besoin. Chien bien élevé et affectueux accepté.

Two-room apartment on the lower ground floor, just a 2-minute walk from Lake Murten and another 2-minute walk from the Broye River. Because the unit is partly below ground level, it receives a bit less natural light, which keeps the temperature pleasantly cool in summer. The kitchen is fitted with food processors and all basic utensils. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Access via 10 steps. Children and dogs welcome. Noise is not an issue, and the apartment is well insulated.
