Starting from two cargo containers, this home was built to be a seamless space to enjoy the outdoors without sacrificing any luxuries while you play. Designed to be an off-grid, sustainable home, this house features a movable glass wall, which opens the living room into the outdoors facing the setting sun. Beautiful native landscaping surrounds a basketball court and covered dining area. Indoors, natural light and a playful spark runs throughout with a second story hammock to enjoy it all!

Downtown Little Pearl Victorian

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this historic centrally-located place. Our home is right at the top of Broad St., a short walk down to bars, restaurants, coffee shops etc. Miners Foundry is about 5 min walk. This is a very ideal home and location for wedding attendees if you just want to walk to the local venues. Our house has three bedrooms, one on the main floor, and two upstairs. Small, well trained and non shedding pets are welcome after discussion.

Access to the Yuba River is as close as 20 mins to Edwards Crossing and 20 mins to Hoyts Crossing on Highway 49.

This charming miner's cabin is perched right along Deer Creek canyon, right downtown in the Historical District of Nevada City. With designated 2 parking spaces for the property, guests are just step away from everything downtown has to offer, but with a sense of peace & quiet nestled in the picturesque wooded canyon along Deer Creek. THIS IS A PET FRIENDLY UNIT & there is a onetime $50/pet fee in addition.
