Villa "Tree of life“ offers You peace and quitness in ambience of unspoilt village nature. Villa is located in an olive grove surrounded with over 40 olive trees on over 1700 square meters. Total property is surrounded by a stone wall. It is only a 10 minute car drive away from everything that Zadar city offer You. (shoping, monuments, restaurants, night life) Villa "Tree of life" is a new house (2023) built in a traditional mediterranean style (stone and wood) combined with modern elements....

Holiday Home Jardin (private pool and jacuzzi)

Our holiday home is located in Ždrelac, on the island of Pašman. You can come to us from Zadar Gaženica ferry port with ferry (25min), from Zadar old town with boat (20min) and from Biograd on the sea with ferry (20min). On our property, there are two houses (Jardin and Romarin) that share parking, garden with pool, jacuzzi and sauna during summer. Out of the season (1.10-1.6) you'll be alone and you'll have the whole place for yourself. From our plot you can reach the beach directly.

Kuća za odmor Sudinjevi dvori u potpunosti renovirana stara dalmatinska kuća idealna za obiteljski odmor s kapacitetom za 6 osoba. Kuća je na dvije etaže s prostranim dvorištem. Tu je velik vanjski kamin te natkrivena terasa. U prizemlju kuće smještena je kuhinja s prostranim dnevnim boravkom i blagavaonicom, unutarnji kamin te WC. Na katu su 3 spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetima i kupaonicama. Iz balkona se pruža lijep pogled na marinu i otoke. Kuća je u mirnom predjelu Sukošana.

Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ). Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment
