Seabreeze Cottage: Pure relaxation near the beach

Enjoy the hospitality of beautiful St. Kitts at Seabreeze Studio Cottage. Seabreeze is a quiet self-contained air-conditioned studio apartment for two with everything you need for a lovely holiday. A 5-minute drive to both the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea, restaurants, golf, night-life, and more, the cottage offers indoor and outdoor dining, a kitchen, flat screen TV, wifi, washer, dryer, and lovely Caribbean breezes. We provide towels (bath and beach), pots and pans, and bed linen.

The apartment has two good sized bedrooms with a/c, both with double beds and plenty of storage. There is a private entrance and your own driveway with gates. It is ideal for couples or families. The property is set in spacious gardens which back onto the prestigious Four Seasons golf course. The views of the mountain are amazing. We are on the edge of the lively village of Jessups, with Pinneys' Beach and its wide range of bars and restaurants only 5 minutes away by car, or local bus.

Studio cottage with A/C, wifi and a stunning mountain view of Nevis Peak. Located next to the owner's main residence. Suitable for a single person / couple. The kitchen is equipped with cooking basics, dishware, silverware and glassware. Bed linen and towels provided. Tropical gardens with seasonal fruit you can enjoy when available. Close to heritage trails rich in history, the studio is ideal as a base for exploring the island. A rental car can be arranged. No smoking in the cottage.

Our Turtle Beach Cottage is right on the beach! Fabulous views to our sister island of Nevis, the ocean and reef! Watch pelicans dive, sting rays leap and turtles bobbing their head up to catch a breath! Curious vervet monkeys may pay a visit, morning doves wake you with their quiet cooing and yellow crested night herons perch in our mangrove trees. Peace and quiet minutes away from excellent restaurants and activities. Beach combing easy walks and great hikes in our area.

Tasia View is nestled in the peaceful hills of Bird Rock. You will enjoy stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and the capital city of Basseterre. Enjoy dinner on the grill as you take in one of our breathtaking sunsets. Try our very own property made St. Kitts Swizzle with local fresh juices and various delicious rums. It truly is a serene, relaxing location where your closest neighbor will be our Vervet monkeys. Please feel at ease and relax while we take care of the rest.

Welcome to Nelson Spring Beach Resort on the island of Nevis. This spacious beachfront villa features ocean views and peaceful sounds of gentle waves of the Caribbean Sea. The villa sits on a beautiful expanse of white sand beach, perfect for strolling, swimming, and sunbathing. Please note: A new villa has been under construction next door to our villa. In the villa, noise isn't a concern. A portion of the project is visible from the ocean view veranda's right side.
