The views from the apartment are amazing. You are next to the sailing club and near several golf courses . Within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. The walks in the area are many and you have direct access to the beach from the garden. Don’t leave your dog at home. I love well-behaved dogs and they will love the beach. The apartment is very quiet being well away from the main road.

Large spacious room with a king size bed. House is located in Brighton le Sands just a couple of yards away from the beach were Anthony Gormley statues are located. Close to all amenities, bars, restaurants, shops etc. Train station and bus stop all within a very short walking distance.
