To the south is the Pettengill Stream a resource protected area and to the north a large secluded pond. BREEZE guests may reserve the wood fired cedar hot tub and the sauna, which are close by and private, at an additional charge. The Appleton Retreat is less than a 30 minute drive to Belfast, Rockport, Camden and Rockland, charming downeast seaside towns.

The cottage is part of an over 100 year old working lobstering, and now oyster farming property we call, Gurnet Village. Located right on historic Route 24, we are conveniently situated between Brunswick & the islands of Harpswell. All rooms have ocean views. The tidal beach & the floating dock (May-Dec) is ideal for seasonal fishing, lounging & swimming.

This cabin retreat is situated on a natural clearing in the beautiful Green Mt. Forrest. Surrounded by a dense grove of spruce trees gives you complete privacy. It's only a quick 5 minute drive to great restaurants, breweries, and shops in downtown Wilmington. It's also less than 20 minutes to Mt. Snow. There's great hiking at Molly Stark State Park right across the street and amazing lakes all within a 10 minute drive! No WIFI and cell service is not great so it is a great place to unplug!

Our property in Vermont is a slice of heaven: Set between Burlington & Stowe, 10 minutes off the main highway I-89, with quick access to the main spots in Vermont, but tucked down a dirt road with nothing but the sounds of the stream. On our property we built The Tuckaway Suite, an entirely private guest suite above our garage. Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. Right outside your front door is 800 acres of hiking trails. You are surrounded by a mature forest, with loving and social goats, geese, ducks, kitty, and pups. To enhance this private retreat there are a hot tub and sauna steps from your door. Just Added mini split AC!

Wren Cabin + Wood fired Sauna

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.
