Maplecrest is a spacious century home halfway between Halifax and Cape Breton Nova Scotia. Privately nestled on a hill overlooking the East River and walking distance to stores, walking trails and downtown. Executive home has been recently renovated with 4+ bedrooms and 2.5 baths with walk in showers. Main floor comfortable living area with flat screen tv. A large wrap around veranda provides ample space to relax outside with your morning coffee or in the evening with a glass of wine.

Lovely rustic waterfront family cottage, 3 bedrooms, full bath and kitchen. Our lot is right on the Northumberland Strait (Warmest waters north of Carolina's), has stunning panoramic ocean views with bank access to the beautiful beach below. A great beach to swim and explore. Features a large wrap around patio with BBQ, furniture and a large grassy lawn. It is a great place to stay if you enjoy kayaking, fishing or boating as there is a boat launch just minutes away.

The Church Hall

This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home has been converted from being an actual church hall to a year round tourist accommodation. Situated in the picturesque fishing village of Murray Harbour in the south east corner of Prince Edward Island makes the location convenient to ferry travel to Nova Scotia or the Magdalen Islands. Distant water view and just a few meters from the boat dock in one direction and a short walk to the Confederation Trail . Large parking lot for guests.

The farmhouse is 100+ years old, located in an ideal country setting with an impressive water view, close to many amenities and only 25 mins from Charlottetown and 15 mins from the ferry. The house was vacant for over 10 years before I purchased it. It's been a challenging but rewarding process, bringing it back to life. There are still a few little projects to get to but for the most part, it's a cozy old home filled with character.
