This tiny house features 1 high quality queen-size bed, linens, kitchenette, large picture windows, bathroom with shower, heating and A/C, outdoor seating and grill top fire pit. A small camper on quiet property with fire pit, picnic tables and a small pond for ambiance. Direct ATV access to the Presidential Rail Trail. Plenty of room for BBQing, yard games and parking your toys! camper sleeps 3, but plenty of room for tents to bring the whole crew. (1 Queen sized Murphy Bed that stays down sleeps 2 and Table turns into bed, it is difficult to set up. a cot is provided for more comfort and easy set up. Tents are available upon request! We are offering a beautiful, COMFORTABLE, option to camping. Our off grid tent comes with all the comforts of home including a wood stove and reading nook! It is nestled into a hemlock grove overlooking the active beaver pond. Walking trails and local activities at a stones throw. If you have a small boat or kayaks- BRING them! We have space in the yard and lots of local places to send you to get good use out of them. Please do not use on our pond. We have a boat available for use.
