(1 Queen sized Murphy Bed that stays down sleeps 2 and Table turns into bed, it is difficult to set up. a cot is provided for more comfort and easy set up. Tents are available upon request! Come experience this beautifully restored 1969 retro camper in a rural wooded setting. Located in the lakes region, it is close to hiking, swimming, apple orchards, as well as popular restaurants. Only 1 hr from Portland and 1.5 hrs from Boston. The camper is on a private and quiet 7-acre farm. Solar powered with backup. The camper has a toilet, very small shower, sink, cooktop, fridge, and small microwave. The camper is very small w a tiny bathroom but cozy and comfortable. LGBTQ+ friendly.

Couch unfolds into a double bed, and dining table turns into a twin bed. Feel free to walk about the 36 acre property that abuts the Contoocook River and relax in the double hammock. End the night with a campfire and enjoy unobstructed views of the stars. Separate entrance to indoor private bathroom/shower.

The Tent on Beaver Pond

We are offering a beautiful, COMFORTABLE, option to camping. Our off grid tent comes with all the comforts of home including a wood stove and reading nook! It is nestled into a hemlock grove overlooking the active beaver pond. Walking trails and local activities at a stones throw. If you have a small boat or kayaks- BRING them! We have space in the yard and lots of local places to send you to get good use out of them. Please do not use on our pond. We have a boat available for use.

Bear Mountain Farm

Cozy 1950's vintage camper has been lovingly restored, has running water, electricity, gas cook top, ice box. Enjoy a campfire, look out over the pastures, fish pond and gardens. Hike right from our yard to the top of Bear Mountain. Hang out with our goats, donkeys, and chickens, walk around our large vegetable gardens, harvest what you like, pick blueberries and raspberries. Guests are welcome to participate in chores and gardening. Firewood, eggs and homemade bread are provided.

Win/win location! Minutes from downtown but a quiet, woodsy location. Only 60-90 mins. to the mountains, ocean or Boston! Clean and well equipped, enjoy a queen bed in the main bedroom & pull out bed option in kitchen. Bunk house sleeps three twin beds and two gamer chairs that flip into twin beds. TV’s, DVD player and Xbox are included. Outside seating, hammock & fire pit. Wi-Fi is available but may not be strong enough for working remote. Wi-Fi test was rated as 12 mbps.

This spacious, well-stocked, immaculate RV with large picture windows provides grand views of the impressive Connecticut River and local mountains. The RV is situated on a scenic, private waterfront property that provides easy access to launch our canoes and kayaks into the river. The guests gain access to the property through a quiet neighborhood, past a farm with an old barn, and down a private right of way.
