Two bedroom, 1 bath cottage nestled on the Maine coastline overlooking a working fisherman's harbor with shared use of dock. One floor living with large living area and stone fireplace. Short walk to the center of New Harbor or Back Cove. Open deck on the back to watch the lobsterman go out with the sunrise and come in with the sunset. Located near Harborside #1, cottages can be rented separate or together for larger parties. Dogs considered with owners' permission. More information coming soon!

Kens Cottage in Round Pond ME

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Round Pond is a very special village in Muscongus Bay. It is comprised of a large natural cove filled with an array of boats from working lobster boats to gorgeous pleasure crafts. Located on the Northern Point of Round Pond Harbor the views on the property are stunning. You could be taking in the activity of the harbor in one direction, then watch sailing classes and lobster boats working off Loud's Island in another or just gaze down the bay.

Our family cottage for over fifty years is nestled in the peaceful woods of New Harbor where not only is it extremely private, it has an amazing view of the harbor outlet! Just a short walk to Shaw's Wharf and the Hardy Boat, a five minute drive to the grocery store, less than a ten minute drive to Pemaquid Beach, and a twenty minute drive to the charming town of Damariscotta. Enjoy the sounds of splashing waves and lobster boats as you sit on the wrap-around porch of our treehouse oasis.

Centrally located to local attractions, Pemaquid Lighthouse is 1/2 mile walk.Pemaquid beach only a 5 minute drive. Tiny Cottage sleeps two, with a full size bed or use pull-out couch, efficiency kitchen, and compact bathroom , shower stall. ( 16’ x 20’ square footage) Located with access to tide pools, glorious sunsets!

The Cottage at the McCobb House

Freshly renovated inside and out, the cottage is your private Maine camp. Located on an acre and a half of wooded grounds, and surrounded by forest, the cottage feels secluded, but it’s only a mile to the restaurants, shops, and waterfront attractions of bustling Boothbay Harbor. With hiking trails in the Pine Tree Preserve that adjoins the property and the Lobster Cove Meadow Preserve a five minute walk up the road, you can also explore nature and enjoy the solitude of the woods.

Compass Rose Way Cottages are on Rutherfords Island in South Bristol, Maine. There are four cottages, we rent two 9f the four, North and West, both are two bedroom, one bathroom, both with an open concept living room and kitchen cottages We are less than 1/3 mile from downtown South Bristol and the ocean. We are about 14 miles from Damariscotta, Pemaquid Point, and other mid coast Maine towns. Our electricity is provided by our solar array that is grid connected.

Spruce Tops Cottage

Spruce Tops is a single family cottage, situated near the mouth of New Harbor. You can hear the ocean waves and the bell buoy. Enjoy your coffee on the screened in porch watching the boats coming and going. A well equipped kitchen has an island eating area, the comfy living room has a ceiling fan, as does the master bedroom, with a queen bed and french doors to the fully screened in porch. Bathroom equipped with shower. Owners located across street if needed.

Stay at Lobster Camp and step back in time. Breathe in the salty air from the deck of your cabin with sweeping views of a true working harbor. Hear the low rumble of lobster boats & watch fishermen unload their catch. With postcard worthy views of the harbor, you feel part of the action, even from inside.The Oyster, a 1960's 2 bedroom cabin retains it's old school charm with comfortable updates. This cabin has a new bathroom and updated kitchen as of August 2025.

High Tide Cabin (3 Min Walk to Beach!)

Discover your coastal escape in this cozy seasonal cabin nestled among the trees and just a 3 minute walk to Pemaquid Beach! Here you will experience a feeling of stepping back to a time of simplicity, enjoying morning coffee on the outside lounge chairs, swimming and kayaking during the day, then chatting around the fire pit under a canopy of stars before falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean.
