Welcome to the Quack + Cluck Lakeside Haven. Situated 900ft off of a quiet street, with 12 private acres, this home sits on a 14 acre inland lake. The lake is not for swimming but it has beautiful sunsets and wildlife. This is one of 3 apartments, in this private home. All have private entrances, and living spaces. Decorated in retro vintage/ boho decor you’ll feel nostalgic and at peace while being here. The buildings downtown are beautiful and the view of Main Street will make you feel like your in a big city while still being in this quaint busy little town with so much to offer! Walking distance to bars, restaurants, and so many cute shops.

We have an eclectic decor,with a great balcony view of the St.Clair river. Just relax and watch the freighters and pleasure boats go by. If your looking for lunch or finer dining we are just blocks from Gars (with their famous 1# burgers) and brew; The Fish Company is walking distance with their new addition up stairs with expansive balcony, and oh did I mention they have great food. The Little Bar is just a small drive about 10 + block south of town with amazing dining and drinks. No pets

With CITY VIEWS enjoy easy access to all VENUES and GAMES this Historically Vintage building is more than 90 years old. My apartment is located on the 6 floor with a gated elevator which sometimes does not work so if you can not walk to the sixth floor, this might not be for you. with only a block walk to little Caesars Areana and free parking. This is a diamond in the rough. Once in my Apt it’s cozy with all the comforts of home. I encourage week stays . Enjoy the Views!!
