The cottage is completely renovated with an all new kitchen, flooring, appliances, cabinets, TVs, and more. We have a 40' seawall to dock your boat and a deck to watch the sunsets. There is a kayak, fishing pole, and other items for use. You'll love our views, hospitality, and location right in the heart of Lake St. Clair boat life! Decorated in retro vintage/ boho decor you’ll feel nostalgic and at peace while being here. The buildings downtown are beautiful and the view of Main Street will make you feel like your in a big city while still being in this quaint busy little town with so much to offer! Walking distance to bars, restaurants, and so many cute shops.

Historic 1907

This is a historic place that was born out of a fire in 1906 and rebuilt in 1907 as the dry goods store. The open floor plan is 1400 feet of room to relax and there is even more to explore in this water front neighborhood. Boaters and fishermen love this place. There are several bars and restaurants within walking distance even more within a short drive. There are multiple public boat access points within minutes. We also have plenty of parking space for your vehicles, boats and trailers.

Private Lake House Suite

Very nice private suite in lake house on col de sac at private lake in our home. If you like peace and quiet in nature setting this is it. Property is on a hillside, so guests are required to use steps and slanted walkways. We live above the suite and would like to share this beautiful place with you. Parking: please park on the street right in front of our house. Don't turn around in the neighbor's driveway across the street.

Cozy Cabin Retreat

Escape to our cozy Bunkie — a peaceful retreat for two. Enjoy crisp cotton sheets, and a fluffy Canadian down duvet. Unplug, slow down, and soak in the charm of simple rural living. The bunkie comes equipped with a toaster and fridge, kettle and French press coffee maker. There are no showering facilities. There is a composting toilet available in our bathroom bunkie that is situation right beside the main bunkie.

Cozy and comfortable private lower level of a classic home in Marine City. Private entrance, front porch and driveway. Only a few steps away from downtown Marine City. The home is directly across the street from the beach and public park with pavilion. Amazing views of the St. Clair River!

Mott Park Carriage House

Located in the center of the historic Mott Park Neighborhood is the iconic home designed by Norbert Dougherty, who was hired by General Motors to develop the neighborhood, for his family to live in. The original 1926 loft above the garage is available for you!
