We are available for consultation yet respectful of guests' privacy. Bring your Kayak or Canoe or travel.... 20 minutes to Mystic and Mystic Seaport, 3 miles to Mohegan Sun, 7 to Foxwoods, near the Sub Base & Coast Guard Academy,& I-95. Two hours to NYC, 2 hours to Boston. Wildlife viewing from your porch/yard.

Bright sun filled second floor apartment in a multi unit building. The apartment has one bathroom , two bedrooms the first with a king size bed and the second has a queen. LIving room, dining room, full kitchen with coffee bar. We are a 15 min walk to downtown shops, restaurants, ferries and train station. The home is minutes from the I-95 and we are a half hour drive of the areas most popular attractions. Note there are stairs and a claw foot tub which may make access difficult for some.

You have the whole 3 bedroom apartment to yourselves in a 3 family home. Please be mindful of tenants with noise after 9pm. Welcome to use the front porch and small front yard as needed, back yard is being landscaped soon and is not yet usable. Older home, with vaulted ceilings and original charm, price is right for the area. Welcome!

There are trails across the street for a scenic hike. The sunset views are breathtaking and you can see wildlife and boats including the Argia several times a day. My place is located up the hill from Good Speed Opera House. The Opera House is on the same side of the river as my place. The folklore is that vacationers used to pay a penny to have their belongings transported by ox and wagon from the port at the river to this corner. A two family home built in 1884. The space is a ground level 1 bedroom apartment with private entrance. There is no TV in the unit, WIFI is available for your devices.
