Outside under the deck there is a propane grill, propane fire and a table with chairs. We provide all that you need so all you need to bring are you clothes, personal toiletries, food and drinks. We have 2 1/2 miles of trails on the property that you can explore. There is a brook with a small pond where you can fish and a small waterfall.

Property is located close to restaurants and many outdoor activities including the town beach and docks. There is a pass available to bring a car to the Clinton town beach.

Walk a 1/2 mile to a lovely meandering waterfall, or walk for miles if you love a good hike. Just 15-min drive to Manchester, Vernon, UCONN Storrs; only 30-min to Hartford, casinos, airports. Your dog(s) will be so happy! The yard is 13.66 acres to play and explore! I bought this property in March 2022 when I returned from Europe and am turning it in to a hobby farm in my free time. Rather than leave the upstairs unfurnished, I bought all new beds and mattresses with basic furniture, so this beautiful space can be available to you and your pets to enjoy as well. The two floors have private entrances. You have the entire top floor without other guests or me.

My place is located up the hill from Good Speed Opera House. The Opera House is on the same side of the river as my place. The folklore is that vacationers used to pay a penny to have their belongings transported by ox and wagon from the port at the river to this corner. A two family home built in 1884. The space is a ground level 1 bedroom apartment with private entrance. There is no TV in the unit, WIFI is available for your devices.
