You'll love staying in one of our cities' most interesting neighborhoods, an arts district where the locals live. We're 1.8 miles (10 mins drive) from the plaza & close to Meow Wolf. Cafes a 2 min walk. We are in a local arts area. If you want to stay near the touristy plaza-- not us. Also, no TV, but 300 MPS wifi. Our artfully designed cozy 220 sq/ft flat has a queen bed, a well equipped efficiency kitchen, and your own bathroom. Plus, the exterior deck is ideal for catching sunset views.

Guests have a private entrance and can park in the driveway. Property is adjacent to Our Lady of Guadalupe Church and near Los Griegos Elementary making the street safe and active with school children and church- goers by day and very peaceful by night.

Small animals considered. My place is Downtown, close to Old Town, the Sunport Airport, Nob Hill, and the University of New Mexico. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (pets).
